Yes, it's only a single month's data, yes, these are imperfect statistics…BUT

New home sales climbed an excellent 3.4% for a year ago and inventories fell as well. Read the article here. What does it mean? Well that's three months out of four that these numbers have improved. An excellent economic sign.
